Jeff’s passions include supporting The Jimmy Fund and Make a Wish New Hampshire. His daughter was diagnosed with a brain tumor at the age of three, and her successful fight inspired Jeff and his family to become involved and have been ever since.

As the Content Manger at Pannos Marketing, Allison works to uncover, enhance, and define messaging that matches distinct tones and goals. She’s a wordsmith by nature, and a grammar enthusiast by default.
The past four years of her career have been spent at Pannos Marketing, a full-service marketing agency located in Bedford, NH that specializes in financial institutions. Allison first joined the team as a Digital Account Executive in early 2014, and later held the position of Copywriter until she transitioned to her current role of Content Manager. Allison has worked closely with all teams within the agency to enhance copy and maximize content strategies for clients across the country. Her experience ranges from managing client social media accounts to developing personalized content for websites.
Allison is a New Hampshire native who obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies from Campbell University in North Carolina.

Ernesto Burden is a father and Vice President Digital for Newspapers of New England (NNE). He’s been a group publisher at PennWell, vice president of digital media for The Telegraph and NH.com and related sites, as well as digital media director for the Rutland Herald and Times Argus newspapers in Vermont, online editor for The Telegraph and NH.com, and a print editor and reporter with daily and weekly newspapers. He is also a writer, marathon runner, guitarist, and an avid student of the Web, technology, literature, the Catholic faith, and the Spanish language. He lives in New Hampshire with his family.

Amanda oversees the day-to-day operations of the Delivery Department at Pannos Marketing, which is comprised of the Media, Web/Programming and Creative teams. The Delivery Department, in conjunction with Amanda’s strategic oversight, are essential to ensuring clients have access to high-powered integrated marketing solutions that are implemented quickly and precisely. Amanda’s graphic design background, depth of experience in marketing, budgeting, project development, and knowledge of online trends brings a fresh perspective to assist clients with the ever-changing, and sometimes challenging, digital realm.
Amanda has been an influential individual at the agency for 5 years. Originally hired as a Media Specialist in February 2013, she has worked her way through and mastered many roles at the agency. She has also become a respected and sought after speaker in the financial services and banking markets, and is a published ABA Bank Marketing Magazine author. In addition, Amanda brings experience and perspective from previously working to coordinate marketing, creative, events, and promotions for the Manchester Monarchs, the Los Angeles Kings’ American Hockey League affiliate.

A creative digital strategist with experience working in both agency and client environments, Peter has expertise in SEO, content, social media, client management, and PPC. Having worked for a variety of digital and media agencies, Peter has executed integrated digital projects for local, national and international brands, driving innovative and successful solutions for many large clients. He is passionate about working with clients to help them achieve business goals using the appropriate digital marketing channels alongside customized solutions and advanced strategies. In his free time, Peter loves developing his technical skills, furthering his web development knowledge and keeping up to date on the latest industry developments. Peter finds time to paint, enjoys going to the gym and exploring New England beaches. He also loves playing the guitar, learning the piano, and growing his vast music collection.
Social Media Manager and Digital Content Strategist, UNH
Jason Boucher is a Portsmouth, NH-based social media and digital content strategist currently working at The University of New Hampshire as manager of social media. Boucher considers himself a social media evangelist and he’s been a featured speaker at many higher education & social media conferences around the United States, including The Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE), EduWeb Digital Summit, and Social Media Strategies Summit (GSMi). He is a member of the board of directors with ArtSpeak, which oversees several programs and initiatives for the city and cultural community of Portsmouth. Boucher is also a trustee at Portsmouth Community Radio where he’s helped with fundraising, marketing, and station remodeling. He is a member of the Portsmouth Futures advisory board, which provides mentoring, encouragement, and financial assistance to students who show the ability, desire and motivation to attend college, but lack resources. Boucher is a Huffington Post contributor and host of Nocturnal Radio, a weekly radio program on WSCA 106.1 fm and streaming worldwide.
Boucher began his education at The University of New Hampshire where he was both music director and sports director at WUNH Radio. He received a B.A. in History from Franklin Pierce University in Fall 2004. Boucher also received an Advanced Social Media Strategy Certificate from Syracuse University’s Newhouse School of Communication in 2014. He has an Inbound certification from Hubspot as well.
Boucher has implemented and manages Hootsuite Enterprise, a social media management tool for The University of New Hampshire. Besides allowing for better communication between departments, Hootsuite also provides powerful analytics, real-time insights, scheduling, and monitoring on the most popular social media platforms.
Boucher is also a collector of vinyl records and dabbles in field recordings, creating electronic music & sounds.
